Inspect the doll immediately upon arrival.

  • If you notice a fault in your product report it to us with photos and videos within 48 hours of receiving an order. (caroline@youqudoll.com)
  • If you feel you are entitled to compensation or replacement, don't use your doll as it will impede us from taking any further action.  Keep it new and in good condition, with the box and all the packing materials.
  • If the problem was caused by us, or the product has any manufacturing defects please be assured that we will take care of it.
