RETURN POLICY

Warranty Procedure:

We carefully inspect each product before shipping to ensure it is delivered in perfect condition. In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please follow the steps below:

1) Contact our customer support team.

Immediately by emailing us at caroline@youqdoll.com. Include:

  • Your full name,
  • Order number
  • A detailed description of the defect

2) Provide visual evidence (photos/videos clearly demonstrating the defect) within 48 hours of receiving the product.

3) Await our team's assessment. We will review your claim and propose a solution that fairly resolves your issue.

If the problem was caused by us, or the product has any manufacturing defects please rest assured we will take care of it.

Warranty claims must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Damage caused by improper use such as mishandling, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow provided instructions isΒ not covered.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Sex Doll products that are offered for sale via the Website are made-to-order for each Buyer. Accordingly, the following applies to refunds and returns for any Products purchased by a Buyer.

Doll is a custom product that is created especially for Buyer. Unable to be canceled for any reason.

Pre-Shipment Cancellation:
As products are customized upon order, cancellations are generally not accepted. However, under rare and exceptional circumstances, cancellations may be considered at our discretion.
If a cancellation is approved, a 30% restocking fee applies to cover costs already incurred in production. Additionally, processing and transaction fees may be deducted.Β YouQDOLL will provide to Buyer a refund of funds paid minus the Restocking Fee to the Buyer’s original payment method and other fees may apply such as processing and transaction fees.

Post-Shipment Cancellation:
Once your product has shipped, the sale is final and cannot be cancelled or returned due to hygiene and custom-made product considerations.

Returns:

Given the intimate and customized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after delivery. This policy aligns with standard industry practices designed to protect our customers’ safety and hygiene.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received an approved refund:

  • First, check your bank account or credit card statement thoroughly.
  • Contact your bank or credit card provider, as refunds can take several business days to process.
  • IfΒ after these steps your refund is still missing, please contact our customer support directly for immediate assistance.
